Terms and Conditions

 

This is an agreement between you and Artistic Athletes LLC.

All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken.

​

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any sessions. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you.

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to find an alternative time, and your request is placed less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged for the appointment.
